Houseware Share

We’re excited to bring back our annual Houseware Share event! Members of the community can donate new or gently used household items and furniture for families in our Branching Out Aftercare program. After our families have gotten what they want, there will be a yard sale open to the public (12:00pm - 3:00pm) with all proceeds benefitting FMF.

The event will be at Elizabeth St. UMC on June 29th, 2024.

Ready for spring cleaning? We’re looking for donations of household items such as art/decor, dishes, bedding, small furnishings, etc.

Items we do not accept: clothing, food, large furniture (any large furniture can be arranged for delivery at a later date).

Donation drop off will be through a sign up, opening beginning of June.

• Friday, June 28th from 9:00am - 6:00pm at FMF (300 N. Queen St. Durham)

• Saturday, June 29th from 8:30am - 10:00am at Elizabeth St. UMC (1209 N. Elizabeth St. Durham)

We will have various volunteering opportunities before and during the event. We also invite teens (14+ years old) to volunteer! Registration will open beginning of June.
